Making Fitness Fun
For over 10 years now exercise has been a huge part in my life, I first started weight lifting in University as a way to achieve that 'aesthetic' that everyone at the time was chasing. It wasn't until I started working full time that I used exercise as my stress relief and sanctuary. I learned about so many different exercises and the way they utilise the muscle, tried and tested nutrition and supplements and experimented with training types. I found the science of fitness absolutely fascinating and was constantly finding ways to better myself and training techniques.

I was then approached by friends and family and asked to put together training programmes and help them with general nutrition as they saw the way fitness was transforming my health and body. Although at the time I had no qualifications and was completely self taught I was more than happy to help out and this taught me so much about what people need.

Fast forward to today, where I have pushed myself to take part in numerous Hyrox events, run many half marathons and taken part in smaller local fitness competitions. I am the strongest and fastest I have ever been and have enjoyed the process the whole way. I want to show others that exercise is not a chore but actually a way of celebrating our bodies and what they're capable of.
Being in my early thirties, leaving the usual 9-5 office life, I have chosen to completely retrain and I am now a fully qualified personal trainer. Unlike personal trainers fresh out of university, I have that life experience and understand that exercise and nutrition needs to fit into your life and busy schedule. Because not too long ago, that was me.
